- **PLLuM-12B-chat-2512**: Apache-2.0 (model card). Model weights are not redistributed.
- **HarmBench**: the benchmark tasks are described as adapted from HarmBench in the EvalAwareBench data card. The licence of the HarmBench behaviour datasets is **unconfirmed**; this is an open point and is not treated as resolved. No HarmBench file was used directly.
- **Polish texts** were generated by a language model from NonCommercial-licensed material and are not published.
- **Code** in `code/pl_pilot/` and the aggregated numbers/figures are provided for reproduction and review. The Space front matter declares `license: cc-by-4.0` (pre-existing, unchanged); this does not relicense any upstream NonCommercial material, and no such material is included.
